Airspan’s OpenRANGE Air5G (RU’s) provides 5G-NR Sub-6 GHz or mmWave outdoor access, consisting of the radio unit (RU) with an integrated massive MIMO antenna array of up to 128×128. They allow operators to deliver multi-Gbps user experience by leveraging wide channel allocations and massive MIMO in either Sub-6 GHz or mmWave.
The AirSpeed 2200 is a 5G-NR, sub-6 GHz, outdoor solution that is part of the OpenRANGE product line. Consisting of both a compact radio unit (RU) and distributed unit (DU), it operates based on 3GPP split 2 architecture. It can be single or dual sector, and can use an integrated or external antenna. The AirStar 1200 is 5G-NR, sub-6 GHz indoor solution that’s part of the OpenRANGE product line. It consists of both a radio unit (RU) and distributed unit (DU) in a single compact unit. It operates based on 3GPP split 2 architecture—thus, allowing network adaptability for operators.
Airspan’s OpenRANGE DU (ORDU) provides on-site, concentrated, hardened, and secured O-RAN architecture DU, enabling multi-radio access technologies, network slicing and efficient spectrum management in a single box.
